Singapore Green Label Scheme (SGLS)

What have we been involved with lately is a major office (17,000 sq.ft) cum warehouse building project involving BCA Green Mark scheme. This is the latest trend in Singapore whereby from Developers, Architects, Interior Designers and the supply chain related to building material are working towards this green environment objective.

It involves various aspects of our design and built process:-
M&E services - Air conditioning system
Electrical - Lighting & control
Wall & Floor finishes
False ceiling & Partition rooms.

There are guidelines for the Green marks points awarded and we will work our design to meet the criteria. Our proposed material must be certified with SGLS (from Singapore Environment Council).

  3. It really does take everyone including raw material providers, manufacturers, logistics companies, designers and end users collaborating to create a truly eco-friendly building.

Best of luck on your current project. We need to get the folks over here in the U.S. to start taking green building more seriously!
